Melbourne is home to some of Australia’s finest cutting and colouring talent. Located in the cool inner-city suburb of Prahran, Blondes to Brunettes is a high-end hairdressing salon that not only hosts some serious hairdressing talent, but is also giving back to the community.

In a collaboration with RMIT University, Blondes to Brunettes plans to host student fashion designs in its window space for the next 12 months.

The design space alone would be some much sought-after exposure for up-and-coming designers, but the goodwill doesn’t end there. Each exhibiting student will receive a valuable promo package including marketing materials, networking prospects, free hair and beauty services and products, as well as access to invaluable media opportunities.

This partnership will be able to provide the rising stars of Australian fashion with a platform for exposure before they head out to the big wide world of fashion design.

The extremely talented and hard-working team at Blondes to Brunettes uses the PACT high performance hair care range to deliver the best results to all clients. But, as every hair stylist knows, a great cut means nothing if a client is not able to recreate the same look at home. That’s why Blondes to Brunettes has introduced one-on-one styling sessions with clients. The sessions will provide participating guests time with one of the salon’s hairdressers, learning how to style and care for their hair with products and tools they already have.

As racing season heats up, Blondes to Brunettes will ensure its clients are ready for a day at the races. There are plans for the salon to host a VIP fashion, hair and beauty workshop. The total hands-on workshop will bring together some of the leading names in hair, fashion and beauty to ensure clients are looking and feeling their very best for spring racing season.
