Wella Trend Vision State finals
By Rob Kotevski July 14 2009

This year’s talented group of hair stylists and colourists from the Wella Trend Vision State finals are well on their way to becoming the class of 2009.

The Wella Trend Vision Awards allow both new and established hairdressers the chance to showcase their creative flair by interpreting one of the four trends heralded by the hair care label: Utopia, De-Lush, Intersexion and Virtual Life.

Emily Brown from Price Attack Port Central was thrilled to be announced as a finalist from NSW.

“I am absolutely beside myself!” she told myhairdressersearch. “This is the first time I have ever entered the Trend Vision competition, so I am really just over the moon!”

Thirty teams will compete live in the national finals held in Sydney in September. This year’s event will be the biggest ever live competition held by Wella Australia.

The team from Western Australia’s Head Graffiti won the Young Talent Award at last year’s Wella Trend Vision competition. They went on to win bronze at the International Trend Vision Awards.
