1. Using a small amount of High Hair Styling Mousse to add hold and work into dry hair.
2. Create two sections from the hairline recession to crown and secure.
3. In the top section, use a medium round brush and blow-dry to create small tight waves.
4. Using High Hair Finishing Spray, lightly spray hair, slicking back the sides and leaving the top section untouched.
5. Tease the top section with a tail. Comb and smooth over with matte paste, High Hair Punk Chic.
6. Using a brush, lightly brush the top section to create a smooth quiff.
7. To finish, lightly spray High Hair Finishing Spray over the entire style.
