GET THE LOOK
Step 1: Apply Tecni.art Volume lift to the root area and blow dry hair lifting it away from the roots with a round brush.
Step 2: To mid lengths and ends layer Tecni.art Volume Architect and Tecni.art Pli. Brush and loop sections of hair, securing loops to the head with pins.
Step 3: Allow hair to dry and liberally spray L’Oréal Professionnel Elnet. Release curls and brush through gently using a Mason Pearson or soft paddle brush.
