Street Hair
By Rob Kotevski November 4 2008

Images of celebrities on the red carpet and models at Australian and international fashion shows are often some of the first pictures people seek out to find out what’s hot in hair, to gain inspiration for their own work or even for some good old-fashioned escapism. Celebs often lead the way when it comes to what our hair will look like next season.

The guilty pleasure of stars without make-up aside, when models and celebrities are meant to look good, they often do.

Street Hair came to life because we were struck by how many people we noticed out and about during their day-to-day lives with gorgeous hair. Perhaps it’s a fantastic cut with superb detail, a striking colour, or the wildest and curliest hair of Biblical proportions. This ongoing project is for those people you notice walking down the street with an amazing cut or colour and it’s all the more impressive because you know they maintain those unique and memorable looks right at home.

We dedicate Street Hair to them.
