Brunettes
By Victoria Street Chop Shop and Halt Hair Beauty Fashion by Tina Kalivas
Chocolate came of age in this beautiful autumnal offering of rich and resonant brunettes.
With locks pulled back gently from the face, hair flowed down in long easy lines with soft movement.
Brown worked its full rainbow of colours to bring out depth and flavour, with soft highlights of red, chocolate, honey and caramel lighting up the stage. In terms of styling, the flat fringe worked beautifully with a half head of hair sweetly pulled back in a pony.

Blondes
By Halt Hair & Beauty and To FRED Fashion by Alex Perry
Goodbye caramel: ice blonde screen queens and ash blonde knockouts – a la Clint Eatwood’s 1970s muse Sondra Locke – were the name of the game at the Alex Perry show.
Tough to judge the best cuts here, but runners-up included the centre part with long gentle waves and the off-centre straight with a gentle wave just behind.
Fave cut and colour? That ice blonde bob, which we continue to see in so many collections yet is still so rarely on Australian high streets! |
